Hey, I'm Garron — Product Design Director

For three years I led design for Facebook Crisis Response — the hub people reach when there's an earthquake, wildfire, or shooting nearby. I led a complete redesign across mobile and desktop and grew the surface into something people actually turn to first.

I redesigned AMBER Alerts on Facebook, then pitched and launched AMBER Alerts on Instagram. Speed, clarity, and restraint — a surface that has exactly one job: return missing children safely to their family.

I also spent time at TurboTax, where the work was about turning a stressful annual ritual into something clearer. I worked on the TurboTax homepage and led design for Explain Why — a feature that helped people understand the "why" behind their refund. On average, that refund is the single biggest paycheck people receive all year.
